Delivery Information
Get free delivery on orders over AUD 200 within Australia. Note that large orders or deliveries to rural areas may have extra charges.If your order doesn't meet these requirements, please check the rate table below.
In order to guarantee security and privacy, parcels will be dispatched in ordinary, unmarked packaging. Orders will be dispatched promptly upon receipt of prescriptions (if applicable) and payment processing.
Australian Orders
Australia Post eParcel or courier service will bring orders to Australia, and you might need to sign for them when they arrive. Please give an address where someone can accept the parcel between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If no one is available, you may need to pick it up at your local post office. It's a good idea to use business names.
Orders from other countries.
International goods will be shipped using Australia Post Airmail. International airmail delivery can take up to 14 days.To ensure protection and privacy, all packages will be sent in plain, unmarked boxes. Order delivery will depend on payment and prescriptions if needed.
Tapentadol-Australia orders are processed on work days, which are Monday to Friday. We do not send out goods on weekends and public holidays in New South Wales. We send all items from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW.
Shipping in the United States. Shipping is free within Australia for sales over AUD 200 that are delivered to an Australian address. There might be an extra fee for large orders sent to faraway places.
